Dear Patients,

In these uncertain times we would like to let you know what is happening at Ben Swindley Dental during Covid-19.

We are still open for your dental emergencies from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.  To keep social distancing we  have arranged for only 1 dentist to be available at a time.

Dr Ben, Tania, Karen and Nadine will be available Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday a.m.

Dr Dan, Sue-Anne and Stella will be available on Wednesday p.m. Thursday and Friday.

We are really happy to be able to help with your urgent dental treatment and believe Dental emergencies are much better treated quickly and efficiently here rather than people adding to hospital emergency waiting rooms better used for treating Covid-19 patients.

You will notice extra precautions to maintain social distancing such as being asked to wait in your car or sit outside before your appointment.  We have lengthened appointment times to avoid you waiting unnecessarily while office staff do their jobs before the next patient arrives.  Our usual very high standard of disinfection between patients remains.

You will be asked a lot of questions on the phone and even have your temperature checked before being able to commence treatment.  We are all in this together and trust you understand this is for your and our safety.

Unfortunately we are unable to treat patients who should be in quarantine or self isolation but please phone the office to see if we can give assistance. 

As usual we hope you stay well and hopefully don’t need to see us, but we are doing everything we can to be here for you if you need us.
